Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the Shipkit course and platform. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email us at hi@shipkit.ru.
1. License and access
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your own learning. Access is tied to your account and email address. Sign-in links are for your use only and may not be shared with anyone else.
2. Lifetime access
“Lifetime access” means access to the course materials, including future updates to them, for as long as the Shipkit platform operates. If we ever discontinue the platform, we will make reasonable efforts to give you advance notice and a way to download the materials.
3. Acceptable use
Course materials are for your personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or share the materials — or your account access — without our prior written permission. Accounts found sharing or reselling content may be suspended without refund.
4. Payment and refunds
Access to paid materials opens after a successful one-time payment. We offer a conditional 14-day refund: complete the first two modules, and if your first screens are not working, email us at hi@shipkit.ru within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests that do not meet these conditions are handled at our discretion.
5. AI usage limits
The course includes built-in AI assistance inside lessons. In-lesson AI requests are subject to a monthly limit per account, which is stated on the pricing page or in your dashboard. We may adjust limits to keep the service reliable and to prevent abuse.
6. No guarantees; limitation of liability
The course teaches skills and workflows; it does not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or business result. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances. The service is provided “as is,” and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect when posted, unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
